This policy explains how information is handled when you visit the PeliCON website or use our contact form.

Contact form

When you contact us, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to newsletters or promotional emails.

Messages are emailed to PeliCON organizers. Our email service processes these messages, and copies may remain in the organizers' email accounts. We do not currently have a fixed deletion schedule.

Please do not include payment card details, passwords, or other sensitive information in your message.

Website operation and technical information

Our website is hosted by SmarterASP.NET and uses Cloudflare for website delivery and security. These services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times to deliver the website, troubleshoot problems, and protect against abuse. Technical records are subject to the providers' settings and retention practices.

We do not currently use Google Analytics or Cloudflare Web Analytics on this website. Operational information available through our hosting and security services is separate from those analytics tools.

Cookies

The website uses necessary cookies to protect form submissions and display temporary confirmation messages. Our security services may also use cookies when providing security features.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent the contact form or other website features from working correctly.

YouTube videos

Our website includes videos embedded from YouTube. Loading or interacting with the embedded player may send information to Google, including your IP address, browser information, and the page you are viewing. YouTube may use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy practices.

Tabletop.Events and other external links

Badge purchases and exhibitor applications are handled through Tabletop.Events. Following those links takes you to a separate website. Information you provide there, including account, registration, application, and payment information, is handled under Tabletop.Events' policies. Convention organizers may receive information through that service to manage registration and participation.

Our website does not collect payment card details through these links. Review the Tabletop.Events Privacy Policy (external website) for details about its services.
