Badges & Registration

How much is a badge?

A two-day badge is $35 and covers Friday and Saturday. PeliCON 2027 is limited to 500 attendees.

Get Your Badge

Do I need a Tabletop.Events account?

Yes. Registration and badge purchases are handled through Tabletop.Events, which requires an account.

What is the difference between a badge and an event ticket?

Your badge admits you to PeliCON and provides library access. Event tickets reserve seats in particular sessions. Some events are free; most cost $1–$10, with the fee going to the vendor running the event.

Can I buy badges for friends?

Yes. Use Tabletop.Events’ Friend system. Friends without accounts will need you to reserve their event tickets and cannot sign up to volunteer through the system themselves.

Can I transfer or share my badge?

You may transfer a badge through Tabletop.Events, but may not share it. The badge-name editing deadline is January 8, 2027. Transfers afterward may not show the recipient’s correct printed name.

What is the refund policy?

The badge refund deadline is January 1, 2027. Payment-processing and Tabletop.Events fees are excluded from the refund. Event ticket fees are not refunded for no-shows.

Games & Events

Can beginners join in?

Yes! New and experienced gamers are welcome. Discover games through learn-to-play sessions, demos and time around the table.

May I bring my own games?

Yes. Bring games for the free-play tables and invite others to join you.

How does the game library work?

Show your badge to borrow one game at a time. Return it after playing so others can enjoy it, then choose another.

Is the game library list available?

The game library list is coming soon.

How does Play-to-Win work?

Play a participating game to enter a drawing for that game. You do not need to win your play session to enter.

Will there be a game swap or flea market?

Yes—Saturday, January 16, 2027, with the time to be announced. There is no separate participation fee. Trades and sales are between attendees; PeliCON does not guarantee transactions. Disclose missing pieces and damage.

Families

Is PeliCON suitable for children?

Families are welcome. Parents should consider their children’s interests and abilities when choosing games; the selection of games designed specifically for children may be limited.

Do you provide childcare?

No childcare is provided. Children remain their parent or guardian’s responsibility and must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
